Can’t connect to T-Mobile USA using EC25-A module!!!!

Hello, ordered Raspberry Pi 3G-4G/LTE Base Shield V2 + EC25-A module.
Now trying to connect to T-Mobile – no luck!

SIM card previously was tested in Huawei E397 modem, works perfectly.

    connect log:

pppd gives exit code 16 (The link was terminated because the peer is not responding to echo requests.)

terminal (minicom -D /dev/ttyUSB2) shows interesting data:

Looks like module does not see T-Mobile network at all!!!!

Again, just before testing shield+EC25-A module there was Huawei modem with exact the same SIM connected to Pi which worked with no questions!!!

    Can anybody advice?
